Profile
After more than 20 years of working in the voluntary, arts and adult education sector in Wales, and in the current environment of low public spending and significant poverty, my interests lie in supporting organisations to develop creative ways of improving their effectiveness and individuals to improve their lives. Facilitating change, innovation and new thinking in others is far more effective and long lasting than providing answers. In recent years I don’t do paid work but on a reimbursement of expenses basis will consider:-
